An industry expert with extensive experience leading and growing businesses internationally. Paul established leading customer insight group Beyond Analysis in 2007, later turning his attention to focus on the financial services industry with Beyond AML. Previously holding C-Suite and Board level positions with Visa and C6, he specialises in assimilating cultures and board agendas to make cohesive risk management strategies and business decisions for Financial Institutions, which are powered by data.

Adams career began with O2 where he was Finance Manager for their Retail Division. Before coming to the Beyond Group he was Head of Finance at Gu Puds and RSA. During his time at Beyond Group he has successfully delivered several significant partnerships, acquisitions and investments.

William is co-founder and leads the strategy for the UK’s leading customer insight group, Beyond Analysis. In his role across the Beyond Group, William has overall responsibility for advising clients and developing the data vision and solutions that enable clients to transform their business with data. Along with Paul Alexander, CEO, William has worked tirelessly to exceed the company’s aggressive growth plans.
Mantas Zabarauskas

An experienced quantitative specialist, with a demonstrated history of working in the financial services industry. Mantas setup the first model validation branch covering compliance models, in the Nordic region of Europe and oversaw the independent validation of over 30 models. He is experienced in the validation, tuning and application of advanced technologies across compliance risk systems.
Lauren O'Brien

Lauren has extensive experience in launching and marketing innovative brands using data at the core from the very beginning of her career at Innocent Smoothies when it was in start up mode. She discovered her passion for data at dunnhumby with Paul and Will and went on to hold senior marketing leadership positions in FMCG and Healthcare. She knows the data to actionable insight to effective marketing results like no other making her perfectly placed to manage the operations of the business.
