Role Description

The purpose of the role is to provide support to the Partners and Principals to ensure effective delivery to new and existing clients. You will provide project and client support throughout the client journey and co-ordinate the development of proposals and statements of work as well as ongoing client management.


Projects might include: creating pitch decks, agency management, process management and building new product offerings. Where appropriate, some client travel may be required post-COVID.


  • Provide Client Management and Customer Service to clients.

  • Support the Principal and Partner with writing client proposals and Statements of Work.

  • Support the Principal and Partner with pulling together client presentations.

  • Organise and hold regular status update meetings and produce any necessary reports.

  • Plan, organise and attend client meetings and workshops including kick off meetings and ongoing client meetings virtually and in-person (when appropriate).

  • Support the Principal with the day to day client management and delivery of solutions.

  • Project Management of solutions to include – timeline plans and costs, track and report progress and drive deliverables.

  • Work collaboratively with Resource Management to ensure the appropriate resources are available for client projects.

  • Share progress of projects with internal stakeholders.

  • Identify and own routes to market and sales opportunities (sponsorships and events)

  • Ensure CRM system is always updated continuously and accurately with all appropriate data and activities. 

  • Researching client and competitor information to inform proposal strategy, win themes and proposal storyboarding.

  • Gathering and reviewing client feedback to inform future proposals.

  • Write up project and case study post project.

  • Experience in or good understanding of AML/CTF market is a plus.

  • Administration experience and a strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams.

  • Consulting experience a plus.
